1. Accommodation
•Booking Confirmation: Accommodation bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit as outlined below.
•Room Allocation: The agency will make every effort to meet specific room requests but cannot guarantee specific room types, views, or bed configurations.
•Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times vary depending on the hotel. Travelers should confirm these times directly with the hotel or with the agency prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Domestic Flights
•Flight Confirmation: Flight bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Any changes to flight details are subject to airline policies and additional fees.
•Baggage Allowance: Baggage policies vary by airline. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify and adhere to the airline’s baggage rules.
•Flight Changes: Changes or cancellations are subject to airline policies and may incur additional charges.
3. Special Requests
•Requests Handling: Special requests (e.g., dietary requirements, accessibility needs) will be forwarded to the service providers. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
4. Complaints
•Resolution Process: Any complaints should be reported to the agency immediately upon discovery. We will assist in resolving all complaints.
•Formal Complaints: Complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the end of the travel period. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Acceptance of the Agreement
•Agreement Confirmation: By making a deposit, travelers agree to these terms and conditions. Full payment of the balance confirms acceptance of all terms outlined.
6. Deposit
•Hotel, Domestic Flights, and Tours: A deposit of 35% is required to confirm bookings for domestic flights, and tours.
•Nile Cruises: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm bookings for hotels, Nile cruises.
7. Refund
•General Refund Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the travel period. Cancellations made within this 30-day period are subject to the policies outlined below. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the travel period, regardless of the reason.
•Cruises & Hotels: No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the travel period. 8. Cancellation
•Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the deposit policies and timelines outlined above.
•Cancellation by Agency: The agency reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the traveler will be offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
9. Gratitudes
•Customary Tipping: In Egypt, it is customary to offer small tips to service providers as a gesture of appreciation for their service. This practice is similar to tipping norms in many other countries, including the United States. It is polite to give tips to hotel staff, drivers, guides, and other service personnel who assist you during your travels.
•Discretionary Nature: While tipping is appreciated and encouraged, the amount is at your discretion based on the level of service received.
•Convenience Option: For your convenience, you may choose to add 10% of the total cost of your tour to your payment. The agency will then handle the distribution of tips to the appropriate service providers on your behalf.
